Returns and Refunds Policy

We issue refunds for digital products within 14 days of the original purchase of the product.
We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
This includes (but is not limited to): website content; ebook and other digital content; music, films, images, and photography work.
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. This means that we will continue working on any services we enter into a contractual or verbal agreement to complete.
Because of our satisfaction guarantee, if an initial deposit is requested and paid, no refund will be given if the customer backs out of the agreement, unless the work has not yet begun.
Once work is completed, the remaining balance (or full balance if a deposit was not taken) will be due.
Due to the constant communication between James Brooks LLC and the customer during both the consultation and service performance process, no refunds are issued for completed work. Instead, we’ll continue to work on your service until you are 100% satisfied.
James Brooks LLC reserves the right to cancel its digital services at any time.
